黑魚肉片成片狀,
Cut the black fish fillets into thin, even slices.
加入鹽、味精、胡椒粉、蛋清抓勻,
In a bowl, combine the fish slices with salt, MSG, pepper, and egg white.
Gently but thoroughly mix until the fish is evenly coated.
加入淀粉上漿。
Add cornstarch and continue mixing until the fish is well coated.
將準備好的豆芽、豆皮焯水,
Blanch the prepared bean sprouts and bean curd sheets.
燙一下魚片。
Blanch the marinated fish slices for a few seconds.
放入番茄酸湯底料,
Gently heat the prepared tomato-based spicy and sour soup base.
熬制片刻后加入清水,
Simmer for a few minutes.
放入鹽、味精調味,煮制3分鐘,
Season with salt and MSG to taste. Simmer for another 3 minutes.
下入焯好的配菜和魚片,
Add the blanched bean sprouts, bean curd sheets, and fish slices to the simmering soup.
開鍋后撒上青紅椒段,即可出鍋。
Once boiling, sprinkle with sliced green and red chili peppers for garnish.
And it's ready to serve.
