Between 12:00 and 24:00, Feb 23, 2020, 1 new case of COVID-19 was confirmed in Shandong. A total of 755 confirmed cases have been reported in the province (including 7 severe cases, 9 critically severe cases, 325 cured and discharged cases, and 4 fatal cases). 1 new suspected case was reported and there are 17 suspected cases in total. To date, of the traced 16,660 close contacts, 14,855 have been released from medical observation, 291 are suspected or confirmed cases, and 1,514 are still under observation.
