Between 00:00 and 12:00, Feb 28,2020, no new suspected cases of COVID-19 were reported in Shandong and there is1 suspected case in total. No new confirmed cases were reported and atotal of 756 confirmed cases have been reported in the province (including 7severe cases, 6 critically severe cases, and 6 fatal cases). 14 new cured and dischargedcases were reported and 404 cured and discharged cases have been reported in total.To date, of the traced 16,824 close contacts, 15,570 have been released frommedical observation, 291 are suspected or confirmed cases, and 963 are stillunder observation.
