2020年2月7日0—12時，山東省報告新型冠狀病毒感染肺炎新增確診病例7例，累計確診病例386例（含重癥病例22例，危重癥病例6例，出院36例，無死亡病例）；新增疑似病例9例，現(xiàn)有疑似病例87例。截至目前，追蹤到密切接觸者12120人，已解除醫(yī)學(xué)觀察6584人，診斷為疑似或確診198例，尚有5338人正在接受醫(yī)學(xué)觀察。詳見下表（單位:例）：

Between 00:00 and 12:00, Feb 7, 2020, 7 new cases of novel coronavirus were confirmed in Shandong. A total of 386 confirmed cases have been reported in the province (including 22 severe cases, 6 critically severe cases, 36 cases discharged from hospital, and no fatalities). 9 new suspected cases were reported and there are 87 suspected cases in total. To date, of the traced 12,120 close contacts, 6,584 have been released from medical observation, 198 are suspected or confirmed cases, and 5,338 are still under observation.
