2020年2月13日12-24時，山東省報告新增新型冠狀病毒肺炎確診病例10例，累計確診病例519例（含重癥病例16例，危重癥病例10例，治愈出院111例，死亡病例2例）；新增疑似病例29例，現有疑似病例83例。截至目前，追蹤到密切接觸者14742人，已解除醫學觀察10896人，診斷為疑似或確診病例262例，尚有3584人正在接受醫學觀察。詳見下表（單位:例）：

 Between 12:00 and 24:00, Feb 13,2020, 10 new cases of novel coronavirus pneumonia were confirmed inShandong. A total of 519 confirmed cases have been reported in theprovince (including 16 severe cases, 10 critically severe cases, 111 cured and dischargedcases, and 2 fatal cases). 29 new suspected cases were reported and there are 83suspected cases in total. To date, of the traced 14,742 close contacts, 10,896have been released from medical observation, 262 are suspected or confirmed cases,and 3,584 are still under observation.
