夾河是煙臺的母親河，夾河水系貫穿福山全域，鄉(xiāng)村要振興，必須做活做好“水”的文章。近年來，福山區(qū)與中交、中能建等央企深度合作，投資80億元實(shí)施全域水環(huán)境提升項(xiàng)目。項(xiàng)目具有以下三個(gè)特點(diǎn)：

Jiahe is the mother river of Yantai, whose river system runs through the whole area of Fushan. To revitalize the countryside, "water" is a key issue to work on. In recent years, Fushan District has in-depth cooperation with state enterprises such as China Communications and China Energy Construction, and has invested 8 billion yuan to implement the whole-area water environment improvement project. The project has the following three characteristics:

一是突出以水為“脈”，實(shí)施河域綜合治理，撬動(dòng)鄉(xiāng)村振興支撐點(diǎn)。深入實(shí)施全域401公里的生態(tài)河道綜合治理，系統(tǒng)推進(jìn)河道清淤疏浚、堤防加固、岸坡綠化，確保水質(zhì)達(dá)標(biāo)率持續(xù)100%。高標(biāo)準(zhǔn)完成136個(gè)村居污水改造，統(tǒng)籌推進(jìn)城鄉(xiāng)供水一體化，全面實(shí)施農(nóng)村垃圾集中收集處理、生活污水達(dá)標(biāo)排放，獲評“全國村莊清潔行動(dòng)先進(jìn)縣”。

The first is to highlight water as the "vein" of the city, implementing comprehensive river system management, and leveraging the support point of rural revitalization. We will comprehensively improve 401 kilometers of ecological river channels, systematically dredge river channels, strengthen embankments, and green the bank slopes, to ensure that water quality can meet standards 100%. Fushan has completed the sewage renovation of 136 villages with high standards, while coordinating the integration of urban and rural water supply. Fushan implements the centralized collection and treatment of rural garbage, and only discharges domestic sewage that meets the standards, hence being awarded the "Advanced County of National Village Cleaning Action".

二是突出以水為“魂”，打造文旅休閑長廊，點(diǎn)燃鄉(xiāng)村振興新動(dòng)能。高標(biāo)準(zhǔn)打造長11.4公里的夾河生態(tài)帶，縱貫布局棲鷺洲、詠柳堤、仙影臺、瑯環(huán)谷、桃花源五大分區(qū)；加快推進(jìn)金堆山鄉(xiāng)村營地項(xiàng)目建設(shè)，打造全市近郊鄉(xiāng)村游的黃金目的地。今年以來先后成功舉辦河畔音樂節(jié)、龍舟賽等活動(dòng)，直接拉動(dòng)消費(fèi)1億元以上。

The second is to highlight the water as the "soul" of the city, by creating a cultural tourism leisure corridor, and igniting the new momentum of rural revitalization. The 11.4-kilometer Jiahe Ecological Belt will be laid out with a high standard in five sections: Qiluzhou, Yongliudi, Xianyingtai, Langhuanggu and Taohuayuan. Fushan shall accelerate the construction of Jinduishan rural camp project, and create a destination for rural tourism in the suburbs of the city. Since the beginning of this year, it has successfully held riverside music festival, dragon boat racing and many other activities, directly stimulating consumption of more than 100 million yuan.

三是突出以水為“源”，發(fā)展高效特色農(nóng)業(yè)，推動(dòng)鄉(xiāng)村振興全面加速。依托豐富水系，沿河周邊建設(shè)高標(biāo)準(zhǔn)農(nóng)田10.9萬畝，打造省級現(xiàn)代農(nóng)業(yè)產(chǎn)業(yè)園2萬畝，獲評“中國特色農(nóng)產(chǎn)品優(yōu)勢區(qū)”。創(chuàng)新推廣大櫻桃樹下菇綠色種養(yǎng)新模式，畝均增收3萬元以上；積極推動(dòng)蘋果、葡萄、草莓等產(chǎn)業(yè)多點(diǎn)開花，果農(nóng)人均年增收2000元以上。

The third is to highlight water as the "source" of the city, by develop efficient and characteristic agriculture, and promoting the all-round acceleration of rural revitalization. Relying on the rich water system, 109,000 mu of high-standard farmland and 20,000 mu of provincial modern agricultural parks have been built around the river, which is awarded the "Advantage Area of Agricultural Products with Chinese Characteristics". Fushan innovates and promotes the new model of “mushroom cultivation under the cherry trees”, adding at least 30,000-yuan income per mu. Multi-development of apple, grape, strawberry and other industries is also promoted, and the per capita annual income of fruit farmers has increased by more than 2,000 yuan.
