淄博市人民政府外事辦公室致在淄外籍人士的一封公開信（中英雙語(yǔ)）

A Proposal to All Foreign Friends in Zibo from Foreign Affairs Office of Zibo Municipal People’s Government

針對(duì)新型冠狀病毒感染的肺炎疫情，山東省于1月24日啟動(dòng)了重大突發(fā)公共衛(wèi)生事件一級(jí)應(yīng)急響應(yīng)，淄博市委、市政府高度重視、統(tǒng)一部署，全力以赴做好疫情防控工作。在此，我們向在淄的各位外籍人士提出如下倡議：

Shandong Province has activated Level I public health emergency response since January 24th to tackle pneumonia caused by novel coronavirus (2019-nCoV). Attaching great importance to the situation, Zibo Municipal Committee of the CPC and Zibo Municipal People’s Government have made unified deployment and all-out efforts in the prevention and control work. Hereby we recommend following practices to all foreign friends in Zibo:

一、加強(qiáng)自我防護(hù)。保持良好的衛(wèi)生習(xí)慣，注意手衛(wèi)生，勤洗手。咳嗽、打噴嚏時(shí)務(wù)必使用紙巾或肘部捂住口鼻，不隨地吐痰，廢棄口罩按規(guī)定規(guī)范投放。適當(dāng)開窗通風(fēng)，注意保持室內(nèi)環(huán)境衛(wèi)生。避免接觸任何野生動(dòng)物或禽類動(dòng)物，肉類和蛋類請(qǐng)徹底煮熟后食用。

I. Strengthen self-protection. Keep good hygiene by washing hands frequently. Cough or sneeze into a tissue or the crook of the elbow. No spitting. Dump used masks according to regulations. Keep proper ventilation. Keep rooms clean. Avoid close contact with any wild animals or birds. Eggs and meat must be thoroughly cooked before consumption.

二、盡量減少外出。盡量避免前往人員密集的場(chǎng)所，盡量減少聚會(huì)聚餐等集體活動(dòng)。若必須前往，請(qǐng)正確佩戴口罩，首選醫(yī)用外科口罩。若出現(xiàn)發(fā)熱、咳嗽、胸悶、乏力等癥狀，須佩戴口罩到我市定點(diǎn)醫(yī)療機(jī)構(gòu)就診。

II. Minimize outdoor activities. Avoid crowded places, parties or other group activities. Correctly wear a mask (a surgical mask is preferred) if you have to go. If you have mild to severe respiratory symptoms of fever, cough, breathing difficulty or fatigue, please go to the designated hospitals with a mask on.

三、參與聯(lián)防聯(lián)控。如果您近期曾到訪過(guò)疫情高發(fā)地區(qū)，或接觸過(guò)疫情高發(fā)地區(qū)的來(lái)淄人員，要密切關(guān)注自身的身體狀況，應(yīng)當(dāng)居家休息，并及時(shí)向當(dāng)?shù)丶膊☆A(yù)防控制機(jī)構(gòu)或指定部門報(bào)告。如果有政府、社區(qū)工作人員、醫(yī)務(wù)人員詢問(wèn)您的情況，請(qǐng)您積極配合他們的工作。

III. Join in mass prevention and control efforts. If you have visited the infected area or contacted with people who are from the epidemic area, please closely observe your health condition, stay at home and timely report to local disease control authorities or designated departments. Please cooperate with the government or community personnel or medical staff if they inquire about your condition.
