在濰坊市的外籍朋友們：

近期，全國范圍內的新型冠狀病毒感染的肺炎疫情時刻牽動著大家的心。濰坊市委市政府高度重視，統一部署，各項疫情防控工作正在有序展開。為有效防控疫情，保障群眾生命安全和健康福祉，濰坊市人民政府外事辦公室向在濰外籍人員發出倡議：

一要關注官方信息。請關注“健康山東”、濰坊市衛生健康委員會官方網站和“山東濰坊”公眾號，了解新型冠狀病毒感染的肺炎疫情官方通報及濰坊市定點救治醫院名單和防治指引措施等信息。做到不信謠，不傳謠，不恐慌。二要學習防疫知識。新型冠狀病毒感染的肺炎已納入《中華人民共和國傳染病防治法》規定的乙類傳染病，此次疫情發生后，我們采取了甲類傳染病的預防控制措施。要保持良好的衛生習慣，勤洗手，多飲水。咳嗽、打噴嚏時務必使用紙巾或肘部捂住口鼻，不隨地吐痰，不亂扔亂倒垃圾，廢棄口罩按規定規范投放。

三要做好防控措施。從自覺戴口罩、勤洗手、多通風、不去人多地方做起，自覺減少走親訪友和各種聚會活動，提倡通過電話、短信、微信等方式進行節日問候。乘坐交通工具、在人員密集場所請自覺佩戴口罩，一般2-4小時更換一次，盡量避免近距離與人面對面交流。疫情未徹底控制前，不要到疫情地區活動。

四要科學應對疫情。要依法協助、配合、服從政府部門組織開展的防控工作。自覺接受相關機構有關傳染病的調查、樣本采集、檢測、隔離治療等預防控制措施，并如實提供有關情況。如果您或您的家人出現乏力、發熱、干咳等呼吸道癥狀，請第一時間戴好口罩到市衛生健康委指定的就近醫療機構發熱門診就診，不要到其他科室看病。

最后，衷心祝愿在我市的外籍朋友及眷屬新春快樂，身體健康，闔家幸福，萬事順遂！

A Letter to All Foreign Friends in Weifang from Weifang Foreign Affairs Office

Foreign friends in Weifang,

In order to curb the outbreak of pneumonia caused by the novel coronavirus, Weifang Municipal Committee of the CPC and Weifang Municipal People’s Government attach great importance to the situation and have been making unified arrangement and deployment of resources. Aiming at the effective epidemic control and prevention and the protection of people’s health and well-being, hereby we, Foreign Affairs Office of Weifang Municipal People’s Government, recommend the following practices to our foreign friends in Weifang.

I. Follow official information release. Visit the official websites of “Health in Shandong(健康山東)”，Health Commission of Weifang or the official WeChat account “ Weifang, Shandong(山東濰坊)” for the epidemic updates, the list of designated hospitals in Weifang, and prevention and control work guide. Please keep yourself away from the rumors and stay calm.

II. Learn more about epidemic prevention. The pneumonia caused by the novel coronavirus has been officially listed as Class-B contagious disease, while Class-A prevention and control measures are being recommended and conducted. Keep good hygiene by washing hands often with soap or alcohol-based sanitizer. Drink plenty of water. Cover your nose and mouth with a tissue or with flexed elbow when coughing or sneezing. No spitting. Dispose of garbage properly and dispose of used face masks properly according to instructions.

III. Strengthen prevention and self-protection. Please wear masks when you are outdoors especially when you have to take public transportation facilities or go to crowded places, and use a new mask every 2-4 hours. Wash hands often. Air rooms frequently. Keep yourself away from crowds, gatherings, parties and other group activities. Extend your festival greetings via phone calls, texts or WeChat, instead of face-to-face activities. Please do not endanger yourself by going to the areas of major epidemic outbreaks.

IV. Handle the disease properly in a scientific way. Please show cooperation and support when the personnel from government authorities and health organizations conduct work for epidemic prevention and control, especially when they are surveying, sampling, testing people or isolating and treating patients while it is necessary. If you or your family member have symptoms such as fever, cough and fatigue, please go to the fever clinic of the nearest hospital designated by Health Commission of Weifang with a mask on and do not go to other departments of the hospital.
