針對近期新型冠狀病毒感染的肺炎疫情，東營市委、市政府高度重視，各項疫情防控工作有序展開。在此，我們向在東營的各位外籍人士提出如下倡議：

一、關注官方信息

請積極關注“健康東營”微信公眾號和“東營市衛生健康委員會”網站，獲取新型冠狀病毒感染的肺炎疫情官方通報，并了解東營市救治定點醫院信息和聯系方式、有關疫情防控措施以及重要通知通告等，或致電12345東營市政務服務熱線電話咨詢。

二、做好自我防護

保持良好的衛生習慣，咳嗽、打噴嚏時務必使用紙巾或肘部捂住口鼻，注意勤洗手。外出時佩戴醫用防護口罩，廢棄口罩規范投放。注意居所衛生，適當開窗通風。避免接觸任何野生動物或禽類動物，減少生冷食物攝入，食用熟食，多喝熱水。

三、減少外出活動

避免前往人員密集場所，暫停聚會聚餐等群體性活動。

四、參加聯防聯控

如果近期曾到訪疫情高發地區，或接觸過這些地區的來東營人員，請第一時間向當地疾控機構或指定部門報告，同時要密切注意身體狀況，多居家休息，少外出活動。當地政府、社區和醫療機構人員做疫情防控登記詢問時，請予以理解支持并配合做好工作。

五、及時就醫診治

定期自測體溫。若出現發熱、咳嗽、胸悶、乏力等癥狀，請第一時間佩戴醫用防護口罩到我市定點醫療機構就診。

A Letter to All Foreign Friends in Dongying

To cope with the outbreak of pneumonia caused by the novel coronavirus (2019-nCoV), the CPC Dongying Municipal Committee and the Dongying Municipal People’s Government have attached high importance to and made comprehensive deployment on prevention and control. The Dongying Municipal Foreign Affairs Office hereby sends the following message to the foreign nationals living and traveling in Dongying：

I. Follow the government social media accounts for the latest updates

Please follow the WeChat account of Dongying Health by searching “健康東營” and the website of Dongying Municipal Health Commission to obtain the latest updates of the disease, information of designated hospitals for patients with the novel coronavirus, preventive measures, and important notices or call the Dongying Civil Service hot line at 12345 for relevant information.

II. Keep good personal hygiene

Please keep good personal hygiene habits. Cover your mouth and nose with a tissue or flexed elbow when coughing or sneezing. Clean hands frequently. Please wear a surgical mask when going out and dispose the used mask to the designated garbage bin. Please keep the room clean and open the window for fresh air from time to time. Please avoid unprotected contact with wild or farm animals. Cut eating cold and undercooked food. Have thoroughly cooked food and drink more hot water.

III. Reduce or avoid outdoor activities

Please avoid crowded areas, and cancel parties, group dinners and other group activities.

IV. Be responsible and cooperative

In case of recent visit to affected areas or having contact with people from these areas, please report to the local CDC or designated departments as early as possible. Then heed personal health more, stay at home for ample rest and reduce outdoor activities. Please support and cooperate with the government, community or medical staff for health information inquiries and collection.

V. Check health condition regularly

Please measure body temperature on a regular basis. When such symptoms as fever, cough, difficulty in breathing, or general weakness occur, please wear a surgical mask and seek medical care right away at designated hospitals.
